Wedgwood/View Ridge

Located just east of I-5 and west of Lake Washington, the Wedgwood/View Ridge areas are very popular and close to the University of Washington.  Many homes in the View Ridge neighborhood have spectacular views of Lake Washington, Kirkland and the Cascades to the east.  University Village is a close by outdoor shopping mall with just about everything you'd need.  It's a great place to shop and dine and is right next to UW and all the athletic facilities.  The market here is still very hot and competitive.  If you're a buyer you can expect to be in multiple offer situations with prices escalating well above asking.  If you're a seller you may enjoy multiple offers to review and a sale price well over what you were expecting, at least for now.  Marketing and pricing strategy is key to getting great results and Get Gomez Homes can help you get there!
