To Pre-Inspect, or not to Pre-Inspect!

There are many benefits to having your home inspected before you list it for sale. In this current market, many sellers ask,“is that necessary with all this demand?” Yes! Here are a few reasons:

•Increased buyer confidence potentially leading to not only more offers, but better offers.

•Buyers potentially waiving the inspection contingency.•Knowledge of repairs to make upfront, saving time and stress.

•Stronger negotiating position and increased trustworthiness.

•Doing a little up front work helps you present a better product to the market place. Think of it like a “Certified Pre-Owned” home versus a“Used” home. Even though it’s a seller’s market, presenting a better product can help increase your bottom line, reduce stress, and help you achieve putting together an ideal contract.
